A school for peace

Picture 4: The last day of the year 2003 offered the people in the Afghan province of Paghman a real reason to celebrate: The weather was fine as nearly 500 guests from surrounding villages and 800 children enjoyed the grand opening of the new Peter Ustinov Peace School. Even the Afghan TV stations showed a special broadcast on this event.
